Jason has been involved in residential and commercial construction for 20 years. He has a phenomenal wife and 3 amazing children. His passion includes encouraging people, travel, soccer (Bayern Munich specifically) and outdoor adventures.

Ted has been involved in construction, specifically commercial construction, his entire life. When not on the job, he spends all his free time pursuing his passions which are his family and rock climbing.
